氢能源是清洁新能源的一个发展方向。甲醇制氢是制氢的一种技术路线。我国是世界上最大的甲醇生产国,占全球甲醇产能的60%,甲醇来源丰富、成本低廉,常温常压下作为液体便于储存和运输。


与工业制氢等其他制氢方式相比,甲醇制氢能耗低且成本较低,如何利用中国丰富的煤炭资源、石化工业和活力发电企业产生的二氧化碳排放量变废为宝?同时为碳排放量大的产业提供安全可靠、绿色智能、集约高效的“碳中和解决方案”。

Summary of Speech

China's energy structure is rich in coal, poor in oil, and low in gas. Currently, methanol is mainly a product of the coal chemical industry, with a wide range of sources and advantageous prices; In the future, methanol will be carbon dioxide (CO2) synthesized and clean electricity generated by wind and solar energy. For example, fossil-fuel power stations, steel plants, chemical plants and other large carbon dioxide emitters prefer to generate green methanol (i.e. liquid sunlight) in the process of carbon neutrality. 

中国的能源结构是富煤贫油少气,目前甲醇主要是煤化工的产物,来源广泛且价格有优势;未来甲醇完全还可以由二氧化碳(CO2)与风能、光伏产生的清结电力合成而来。例如火力发电厂、炼钢厂、化工厂等二氧化碳排放量大户在实现碳中和的过程中优选生成绿色甲醇(即液态阳光)。


Methanol as a liquid has advantages such as high hydrogen carrying capacity, stability, and easy storage and transportation. China Hydrogen New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. uses methanol as the hydrogen carrier and adopts the technology route of reforming methanol and water to produce hydrogen. It has the characteristics of small-scale modularization, safe and reliable on-site preparation of hydrogen under normal pressure and medium to low-temperature conditions.
